Granted, in order for this information to be useful one must actually have a Stinger missile, but considering five thousand of them went missing at the fall of Saddam in 2003 (adding to the two thousand that were already out in the open from the Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan) and considering the primary reason they weren't as lethal as anticipated was due to "poor training" I guess it's good that the manual isn't in Farsi.
