Come one come all, you're invited to the Hubski Virtual Meetup on Thursday, December 10th to celebrate 10 years of our wondrous corner of the internet!
Historically I've been on from around 6PM EST/3PM PST to about 10 PM EST/7PM PST though everyone is of course more than welcome to stay later. I will likely post the link that morning so if y'all want to pop in/out throughout the day you can. Some of you people can actually jump on at work, a luxury I do not have. I'll probably also jump on a bit earlier than normal to begin celebrations with all. But I do promise at the very least I'll be on those four hours above. No official start time this time around as we have Hubskiiers from all over the globe and I want all of them to be able to jump in and say hey as available, since 6 PM EST "start" would mean a Midnight start for much of Europe, and with work the next day that's not super convenient for that segment of our population.
Just FYI -- I set the meeting up on Jitsi. Jitsi does not have a "host" or anything similar, so it's possible to you may jump in and be the only one there. No harm in letting it hang in the background hoping more people show up! I prefer Jitsi to Zoom because it's more privacy focused, uses end to end encryption, doesn't require an account, and has no time limits.
Hope to see you all next week!
