My wife and I just received a letter from our dear friend ralphstallard1 and enclosed was the newspaper clipping of this article.

We are at the verge of a an election and I think the criteria that Mrs. Novogratz uses to determine the people she would like to hire for the Acumen Fund are a good criteria for who we should hire, or re-hire to be our President.

They have to have character. Are they self-aware? Are they ready to think about what and who and how they want to be in the world? Are they givers, because we don’t need takers. Are they fierce? Do they have an intellect that can kind of dance with you?
