Thank you to Devac for inspiring me to make meaty boys of my own.

while the dough was sitting, i made the innards / things on the side - cabbage, onion, sausage meat, garlic, paprika, fennel, black pepper, cheese

portioned the boys - not pictured are the potatoes i put in the oven

filled and in they go

beautiful. the cheese leaked out of the seams but other than that they stayed pretty solid

so good. so very good.
