Fascinating video. So, here in lovely North Carolina the police either have to have an exigent circumstance (kidnapping, bank robbery) or create a plan that a judge signs off on in order to create a roadblock.

I'm not a fan of the latter. This guy starts to lose his cool at the end, but he's risking getting pulled out of his car and getting pummeled. I'm hoping he was doing live updates of his video so that it didn't get "lost."
