Amadou & Mariam are a Grammy Award-nominated musical duo from Mali, composed of the couple Amadou Bagayoko (guitar and vocals) and Mariam Doumbia (vocals). The pair, known as "the blind couple from Mali" met at Mali's Institute for the Young Blind.
