I'm looking to incorporate more cardio into my routine. I really dislike running and have been interested in buying a bike, but there are so many different kinds I'm a little confused as to which would be the best to spend my money on.
I really just want something that can provide me with a nice ride while burning some calories. I live in New Jersey and plan on riding around the neighborhood, mostly pavement. There are some bike trails around, but from my understanding (limited to some articles online), separate bikes for each purpose would allow me to get the most out of my cycling experience.
I guess there is so much information out there it's hard to decide. I would like to hear some opinions from people that may have experience with cycling. Thanks in advance for any help!
