Hello my name is Paul Ford. I set up tilde.club as a cool place where people can just hang out and make web pages on the web. In the early days of the web, people did not have their own servers. Rather, many of them would share space on one computer and their home pages were connected to their username. So when you see "~ford" you know that I am user ford on the machine tilde.club.
