My dad has weird taste in music. I remember when I was younger he'd always play the most random stuff, anything from Brave Combo's Christmas album (not always around Christmas) to Led Zeppelin to this. Looking back, MC 900 Ft. Jesus was probably my first exposure to rap, and contributed to my current love for all things hip-hop. I just find it strange that I started out with this cheesy 90s shit and ended up listening to the likes of The Roots, Wu-Tang Clan, and Homeboy Sandman. Anyway, enjoy the album.
By the way, thanks mknod for the post idea. I really dig your MDRC series and wanted to share some records of my own, hope you don't mind.
