I am tired of poverty. I am tired of my still relatively modest experiences with it, compared to what many others have endured and what I still see them endure. I am tired of feeling its breath on my neck and I am tired of wondering if it waits for me around the next corner in this world where I don’t get to keep anything or to control anything.
