I find this slightly amusing. I wonder if they ever thought that their plan might backfire?

"We must hire no one but those loyal to our organization," said a senior official at the Defense Ministry.

I guess they have a pretty rigorous standard as to who is "loyal". The programs sound fun though. We don't really have anything like that here in the states.
