Slum lords are the worst. I would get several copies of the lease made and get those pictures notarized. I think you might be well served by heading to a law office. Or something. That shit is definitely not livable. I used to live in a really shitty place myself, which also had humidity issues. Long story short, I got the super super-wasted at the place I worked and got her to fix all the damage and give me my security deposit back. I don't know if that's possible in your situation, but don't let these people walk all over you! I hope everything improves . . . drastically.
