It's really hard to make products that people _love_ to use. From what I've read this is driven by a thoughtfulness and attention to tiny details. It looks like none of that happened here and they just threw this out there expecting people to flock to it because they believed their brand is so amazing. Sadly, there brand isn't amazing, and they have hardcore trust issues. They'll have to make an much better product than what's already out there for anyone to bite.
