In business, I have only ever worked for large organizations and I can pretty well say that I've never experienced "work place bullying" first hand. I've never bullied anyone either. There is only one person that I can think of in my 8 year work experience that I think could be defined as someone that has "bullied" someone else. But I'm not the type of person that would allow myself to be bullied. Period. I never realized how pervasive bullying was. Have you ever experienced it? If so, how did it manifest itself?
