The answer is yes. I find a lot of Godspeed You tracks (such as "Rockets Fall on Rocket Falls") work better on repeat and played from the middle. In other words, the track from start to finish seems to be starting at the middle, comes to a lull or an end, then starts over and wants you to start it again. In contrast, Vince Guaraldi has a start-middle-end and also loops well. I once blew an afternoon listening to "Cast Your Fate to the Wind" over and over (on cassette -- it was the 90s) and felt emergent properties of the rerun.
