I'm sure it's much better now than it was before. I also know how much easier it is to criticize than it is to be proactive, but I think it could use a good view through color-blind filters because the lack of typographic/color hierarchy between page elements leads to a ton of visual ambiguity. Also is there any formalized process to submit bug reports/feature requests for the site? I also noticed when submitting this page that putting multiple tags in the tag box during submit just concatenated all of them (a completely unexpected behavior that I'm guessing could be easily caught during client/server side validations against spaces)
