The night I married my beautiful bride I stayed at the ritz carelton in dearborn Michigan. My bride was waiting in our hotel room as I ran back to our car to fetch our bags. As I stepped in to the elevator, I noticed a man stepping out that looked VERY familiar. I looked quizicaly at him and he smiled sheepishly at me. It immediately dawned on me that it was Michael Stipe. I smiled a huge grin (I'm a fan) he qcknoledged the reaction and gave me an equally emphatic "grin", we both nodded and went on our ways. I took it as a great omen. Oct. 2nd will be my 7th. anniversary -so far, so good!
As for their music, it was once great but continues to be good.
