There hasn't been a novelty account that has lasted more than a couple months since PIMA went down. Before him, there weren't any noteworthy ones since PACG. The remaining "novelty accounts" are all moderators and are universally despised.

I've been bestof'd more than 40 times and created /r/favors. To say they are "user-centric" is incorrect.
