I've been thinking about this post for a couple of days, and I can say that YES, I WOULD change my buying habits if I knew something had a wicked carbon footprint. Gotta be as accurate as the Nutrition Information and the Ingredients list, and can't be those bullshit wishy-washy "recyclable!" logos that anyone can print on their label without repercussions. It needs to be vetted and confirmed. But hey ... if I find one brand of MacNCheese has twice the carbon footprint of another, shit yes I'll switch brands! No question.
