Lower pay -- Highly Skilled Migrants over 30: 4840 Euro/month gross pay; under 30: 3549 Euro/month gross pay; Reduced per visa: 2543 Euro/month pay. I'm sure they would fight it on those grounds. Not sure what other pitfalls may be as I haven't looked into it.
