Agreed, though I'm not sure about censorship laws in other countries. Frankly I think the relation between censorship and this new trend is less significant than simply the fact that smaller lips have become more popular and are consider more attractive. One need only look at soft porn outside Australia, or even just hardcore porn.
I loved the bit at the end where the lady speaking acknowledged the difference between the vulva and the vagina, and proclaimed her love of the word "vagina".
