I still almost spittake every time I think of the recording of Trump going "I need you to find... 11,780 votes... ". It's one of the only moments he says something so specific that plausible deniability on his behalf is in serious jeopardy.

IMHO, the biggest hurdle the prosecution will face is proving that Trump doesn't truly believe that the election was stolen. That'll probably be the crux of his legal defense, and it's already basically been floated in some of the "exposé" books. There's enough conflicting content in those stupid books to necessitate closed door, under oath testimony from like 100 people so that they can't keep coordinating their lies.

And no one has yet even remotely explained wtf happened with Trump and the DoD leading up to and on Jan. 6. That's gonna be interesting.
