I'm over the moon about Connie Converse. All her recordings are demos from the 50's and 60's. I have listened to this album too many times in the last two weeks. She has a compelling back story that you can hear in many you tube videos if you are interested. Harold Budd died this week. Children on a Hill is one of the few things I've ever uploaded to you tube. Harold can be too new agey sometimes, he worked with Eno quite a bit. I love this live performance. I've listened to this old guy do great covers quite a bit lately. Frank Watkinson rules the covers.
