I'm still going to the gym. I've just been running on the cross-trainer for half an hour at a time. It's not as much as I ought to be doing but it helps chase away some of the anxiety. Nothing like getting home stressed after work, going to the gym, working out and then feeling HAPPY. Thanks, dopamine.

Lots of career anxiety. I don't want to give away too many specifics, but let's just say that I have a decision that I want to take but I'm finding it hard to commit to making it. If I take action I won't be able to undo it, but I know that it is inevitable and the sooner the better.
