They were used in Detroit in 1967, along with army regulars. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1967_Detroit_riot Mitt Romney's dad and Johnson brought them in, respectively. This is very different, but IMO it may happen. Trump is just a major terror attack away from taking us all to where they want to go. I'm sure they know it.
