It isn't filtering, but I accidentally sticky and save things all the time when I'm on mobile. Edit: actually, a prompt for /why/ you are filtering/mute/blocking someone would be neat. I've got a few people filtered where I know I had a good reason for it, but I can't remember the exact reason why I decided to burn that bridge.
