Don't feel obligated, it's nice enough to know you have the desire to participate. As for the synth, it's a shitty old yamaha keyboard and I'm literally running from the headphone out to some guitar pedals and then direct in to the m-box. I'm using a boss sustain pedal and a Little Big Muff on one synth track and on the other a Holy Grail reverb, set to "flerb" and a boss distortion pedal. There's some electric guitar finger picking in there too. and some looped vocals in the middle for a brief moment.
