This was a nice read, and it really made me feel for you. Go get yourself some pills! Do the doctor dance, let them study you, and get your ambien/lunesta. Once you have the prescription, think about how easy it will be to just take a pill at night and solve the problem. I'm sure you've tried melatonin already, right?
