William Basinski - Disintegration Loops btw, if you don't know the story of The Disintegration Loop, then have a listen to this section of Radiolab about loops. It's a very beautiful idea because what you're listening to is the slow destruction of the sound on magnetic tape. The noise is literally being lost forever as you listen.
