That's from the first page, which is the Wikileaks form page, filled out by the submitter, and not a part of the treaty. I wouldn't put much stock into errors on that page. I'm not saying that this is what it says it is, but I am saying that you're looking to the wrong place to discredit the document.Not a final version from an institute that is spelling "sought' as "sort".
