Never claimed it was fascinating. I just never knew which "generation" I was supposed to be in. It's not terribly important information but popular media uses these categories relatively often and it would be nice to know if they were referring to a group I'm supposed to be aligned with. For me it was helpful, perhaps interesting but pretty far from fascinating.
