I have to be honest here.

It's not a bad thing to do, per se, but I don't trust China.

I don't trust them to do it for the right reasons.

I don't trust them to do it efficiently or cleanly.

And I don't trust them, either, to fully use it.

I don't trust them enough to believe that this is more than a publicity stunt to attract even more companies into opening factories in their territory to boost their economy further because they're seeing that their ghost cities are absolutely bullshit and are starting to be a lot of trouble (not an economist the ghost cities might be fine).

And finally, I don't trust them not to abandon or dismantle this whole project, making it nil, by 2025. If they succeed/pull through.
