I throw a snob flag on this play. Any sentence that begins "I did not even know" should not be expressed as a point of pride. Homo sum, humani nihil a me alienum puto would be a good motto if not for the unfortunate false friends. Mainstream media is a fair target for derision, and bottom-feeding can serve as dessert for the weary brain. A little sorbet. It's on the viewer if they neglect to include better sources of information in their diet. I don't watch CNN either, unless I'm in the cafeteria and forgot my book. But now I want to tune in to see Don Lemon.
