I GOT A JOB OFFER! Had an interview monday and was offered a position on the spot, open once I graduate. It's a salary position with quarterly commission bonuses, and because of my experience they were willing to give me a small bump in both salary and commission. Lots of (School)work that needs to be done. Doable work, within a not unreasonable timeframe, but lots to do. I start my annual round of modeling tomorrow. I get paid to sit around and be poked, prodded and questioned by 2nd year med students. I like doing it, because I think that I'm a good change from the abundant geriatrics in the teaching unit, and I think it's good for prospective doctors to see the variety of illness they'll be treating, the variety of patients that can have terrible chronic diseases.
