http://i.imgur.com/syJyc.jpg You can get them a lot cheaper than most people think. Actually, you can see the edge of my older one that I am replacing. The new one is a 2005, the older one is a 1997. The 97 runs great at 170k, but it is only rear-wheel drive, and as we are expecting, I don't want to drive that in the winter with a baby. I got the new used on for less than $9k. That's half of many entry level new cars. :)
