The truth is, a lot of that increasing smartphone market share is coming from the cannibalization of the feature phone market. As I pointed out in my other post, a given company doesn't need to capture the largest share of it. They just need to capture more than they have been while profiting off of that growth.

As it's looking, there is plenty of room for Android and Apple, and even for Windows mobile OS (if they don't fail to execute) to do their thing. Nobody is going to get squeezed anytime soon that hasn't been already.
