Dude, everyone told me to avoid the pisco sours because they might get you sick (egg yolk). I ignored them and I'm glad I did, they were fantastic. I'm glad you reminded me of them, I should get my hands on some pisco and make them at home.
My wife spent the majority of her time in Lima and when I came to join her we spent a few days there. I had some of the best ceviche I've ever had. It was pretty fantastic. If I were to return though, I don't think I would spend as much time in Lima. I really enjoyed Cusco and could have used a few more days there just kicking around etc. I have no doubt that Lima is awesome, I just really enjoyed Cusco.
