Yeah, I would put my money on that, but it is an interesting neighborhood. Ironically, that Forbes article featured an auto-playing video pop-up.Far more likely, your phone is connecting to a tower, but there's so much data flowing through the cellular network that the tower puts you on "hold" to get back to the mothership.
