Hubski is a classic case in point of the disconnect from the truly important issues. We are all much more interested and occupied by the many other (mostly trivial) things filling our world.
Please explain how interested, educated individuals talking about, sharing and debating art, philosophy, culture, politics, science and whatever other interests anyone may have is an example of a "disconnect from...important issues". These are the interesting things about life, and that which makes it worth living--the opposite of trivial. Would you prefer a world where everyone walks around like zombies repeating "kill rich people" as their personal mantra?
