I think it all hinges on the idea that she has foreign diplomacy established with the Chinese, a huge market that Dropbox is looking to corner. Maybe the Dropbox folks will realize that it wasn't such a good idea when she's holding a metaphorical gun to their heads and demanding "redundant server hosting", where the new servers are of course owned and operated by the gud ol' gubmint.
