http://ti-ukraine.org/news/4269.html

The list of laws is pretty ridiculous.

Driving a vehicle which “moves in a column of more than 5 vehicles” without prior agreement with the road police when it caused “obstacles for road traffic”

is prohibited.

So what now? traffic is illegal? Sure they have to stop protests and all but that's just plain repressive... Reminds me of the situation in Montreal the other spring with bill 78.

Sidenote: they are even doing the whole "repression" thing wrong! If you don't obey the law you go to prison for 15 days? Well that's just great... More money down the drain. Fines for disobedience would be so much better.

Edit: and as expected, these sort of laws just make people more angry and accomplish the exact opposite: http://www.kyivpost.com/content/ukraine/ukraine-has-announce...

Big mobilization coming up soon.
