I have no idea, but I don't see why not. I'm sure you can find recipes for toaster oven bread, but I think it'd be more interesting to just find a standard bread and try it! If it goes wrong, what have you lost? Some time, some flour, and some yeast. And if it works, come back here and tell us all about how you made bread in a toaster oven.
