Wow, what's way more impressive than this new rule is that Forbes printed a well reasoned, non-ideologic article. Never thought I'd see that day come.
Actually, I think this is a good rule. 20% of what they collect is still a shit load of money. I won't be shedding a tear for them. IMO it should be illegal for health insurance companies to be publicly traded. Their profits mean your loss; that's the only way the math can add up.
